Purpose
FAB'LIM is an association that aims to support and drive innovation in local and regional areas to promote sustainable agriculture and food. The projects it supports lead to new ways of thinking about agriculture and food, with a view to social transformation. The method used encourages agricultural and civic initiatives with a strong territorial base, by strengthening cooperation, citizenship and the spirit of initiative.

I have worked in various fields related to food systems and territorial development, including commerce, oenotourism, agritourism, agricultural project support, business management and logistical organisation. These experiences have led me to collaborate with producers, associations, local authorities and territorial partners to improve product flows and strengthen organisational practices.

I have been working for several years on food system and territorial organisation issues. My experience includes supporting local actors, producers, and solidarity organisations in improving their practices and operational structures.
Within the GARDEN project, I am responsible for coordinating the logistics of the Montpellier pilot, working with associations, the National Market of Interest (MIN) and operational partners to implement a reliable, mutualised and environmentally responsible transport solution.

Interreg SUDOE "Fleurs Locales" Project : supporting the developpement of ecological restoration based on native plants (economic viability, organisational model, formation of stakeholders, public authority support).
Your presentation
I studied economics, management and social economics (ESS). In 2022 I joined the association FAB'LIM to set up an economic study for the production of native plants and related ecological restoration services (Fleurs Locales project). I have experience in european projects (Interreg) on agrifood transition - more specifically on value chain and organisational related issues.
In the GARDEN project, I will be working especially in setting up new supply chain organisational models with both pilot sites of Montpellier (MIN) and Marseille (Livrazon) and on the general evaluation of the pilot sites.

An agronomist by training (Montpellier SupAgro - 2004), I have over 15 years' experience in the voluntary sector, including 9 years as head of an agricultural and rural development federation in Occitanie and around 5 years as head of development at FAB'LIM.
With an Executive MBA (Montpellier Business School - 2017), I have more recently specialised in strategic analysis and the design/consolidation of high-impact business models in social and solidarity-based organisations.
Key skills: engineering of participatory research projects on agro-ecology and sustainable food, strategic support and design or redefinition of social impact business models.
