2. EU - Interreg MED Programme 2014-2020: “SHared knowledge for Energy Renovation in buildings by Public Administrations - SHERPA” (https://sherpa.interreg-med.eu/)
3. Green Urban Pilot Neighborhood - Phase B, NSRF 2014 -2020. Energy renovation project of a block consist of four apartment buildings and open space in in the municipality of Agia Varvara in Attica Region. The block is being transformed into a "near-zero energy neighbourhood".
4. European Public Local Authorities’ Network for driving the Energy Transition – ePLANET
The project aims to develop and implement a methodology in a digital platform to accelerate the energy transition in Regions and Municipalities, and to improve coordination between energy action plans at local and regional level, building on the know-how and tools developed in previous projects in which CRES participated (e.g. Interreg MED SHERPA, IMPULSE etc.) (https://www.eplaneth2020.eu/)
Your presentation
I am a physicist. I have a postgraduate Diploma, in environmental physics from the Physics Dept. of the University of Athens.
I was working as a research scientist in the Group of Building Environmental Studies (University of Athens) (2002-2010) where I had participated in a variety of European research and applied projects in energy conservation, integration of renewable energies in buildings, indoor air quality, thermal comfort and passive cooling.
I am currently working as a building physicist in CRES and I have participated in a variety of national and European projects, which are contributing to energy saving and RES installation in buildings as well as in the development and implementation of legislative framework adopting EU policy directives.
My technical skills include experimental testing, air tightness and ventilation measurements, and dynamic thermal modelling.
